  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and free from any signs of outdoor wear.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
